We are delighted to announce our inaugural Humble Impact Award, to be presented annually at Welcome Home. 

The Humble Impact Award honors an individual, organization, or company whose extraordinary commitment of time, talent, and treasure has helped Humble Design welcome people home and change lives for good. This award recognizes leadership through action and the power of community-driven generosity.

Our inaugural Humble Impact Awardee is Marie V. Olesen: longtime Humble champion, board member, and UC San Diego study team member. Marie's company La Jolla Cosmetic has sponsored homes for 12 Humble clients since 2019; Marie and the La Jolla Cosmetic team have invited countless community members into Humble's mission over the years.

We are so grateful for Marie's servant leadership and are so happy to confer this honor upon a treasured member of the Humble family.
